I don't like any of these.
They're by far too random and lack structure and a clear color scheme.
First of all try limiting yourself to a reasonable amount of colors.
For finding combinations that work I recommend http://kuler.adobe.com/ .

The effects are sorta interesting, but need to be arranged better.
They're going all different ways and there's no flow, especially in the last one.
Work on these things and you're on good track to become a real siggy warrior.
