    So, haven't had much motivation / inspiration for the past couple of weeks or so. So this is the first in a while for me... Downloaded a shit-tonne of resources and this is the first result I guess. xP

    EDIT: Just noticed those purple flecks, will likely change those to red / yellow / white or something, so ignore those for the time being until I get on my other computer and fix it up.

    nothing really fits together, it all just seems there. i think it might be the background making it seem boring for me

    Some of the effects are really cool, but the depth seems weird, like some parts are pretty blurred, like the bottom left, and there are parts that are over sharpened, and the effects just seem put on. The lighting is off too

    yeah, I agree with the above comments. I'm not really a fan of this piece, maybe you should work on smaller canvases for a little while before you get onto the bigger ones like this.
